Most of the people on this planet go to bed at night wondering how they will
get enough calories to go to bed tomorrow and wake up again.

I find American diet fixations arrogant and offensive.

"Oh shit! I have too much to eat. Somebody please make me stop!"

My advice is to tell these people to get off of their asses and do
something. They don't need a book for that. If they have a glandular
problem, get tested. Other than that, shut off the fucking t.v. and go build
a house or something.
