_The Stones of Summer_

While listening to the wireless (Werder Bremen becoming German soccer champion, leading 3:0 at half-time already at the Munich Olympia Stadium, great satisfaction here in Northern Germany) I restarted the novel. 

Guess I like it. The Ronnie Crown-story & characterization is well done.

  I'm currently reading this Dow Mossman novel at the behest of a colleague who saw _Stone Reader_ and became engrossed in the story behind the novel.

  Any of you ever read it?  I'm about a third of the way through it, and at this point would be interested in your opinions of the damn thing.
