Fair enough, considering I've railed more than once about Terrance's "VL is
about WORK" mantra (which he has since retracted and admitted was bullshit
anyways).

But please:  show me a passage where Pynchon displays sympathy towards the
beaurocracy and corporation and government.  I'd like to see one.
