Read the article and found the following link on www.thenation.com:

It turned out that the launch code for US nuclear arsenal was for years
set to 00000000.
Some resemblance to the Weissmann's Rocket 00000 or S-Gerät. Only in GR
it was the actual name not the launch code and less zeroes of cause, but
still there's some resemblance...
