Recently finished Margaret Atwoods's Oryx and Crake. A dark , funny story of bioengineering gone wrong. Something about the way she let the realities of human nature shape the meanings rather than to impose a moral viewpoint that is still working on my mind. I am particularly drawn to the character of Oryx who seems to be a combination of the unconquerable survivor and the ultimate victim.
If anyone has read this I would love to hear their thoughts on this character, or anything in the book. The Private Corporate Cops are called the CorpSEcorps.
