Actually, I have a copy of "Psychotic Reactions and Carburetor Dung" sitting
on top of my toilet tank right now. I've got the entire H.S. Thompson
catalogue. They fall into the category of the exceptions for me, maybe not
for Zappa. I've read "Vineland" more than three times. The quote was
actually FROM Zappa. So, who are you disagreeing with? Me or Zappa or both?
