I suppose Sucker has evidence to back this up?
If true, this is stunning news. But I'm not going out
on a limb and expressing an opinion as to its veracity
until I see the alleged "paperback book."
And, since Pynchon NEVER GIVES INTERVIEWS TO
JOURNALISTS (we know that from resident Honorable
Professor Jbor, how can it be, as Sucker asserts,
again without evidence, that " Pynchon himself denies
having written ! the letters"
Anyway, thanks for sharing this astonishing news with
PYNCHON-L, Sucker. Intriguing, to say the least.

Just curious, but what do you suppose Pynchon meant by
saying, as Sucker quotes above: "!"
And, how do you pronounce "!", anyway? Is that a
click, as in some African languages, or something
else?
Awaiting another Sucker scoop,
