That'd have to include JFK and LBJ too, wouldn't it?
There's also a more recent collection (1997) called _Not-Knowing: The Essays
and Interviews of Donald Barthelme_ (likewise edited by Kim Herzinger and a
companion volume to _The Teachings of Don B._ I believe), which has an
introduction written by John Barth (Barth makes mention of Pynchon's intro
to _The Teachings of Don B._ in his own intro). Also worth reading:
