Moderated p-list?

Huh?  The only times I've evr seen any of my posts, at
least, not make it onlist, was when tehy were too long
(anything over 10K gets held up for review, at least)
or when there was some technical glitch somewhere
along the way (tehre've been a couple/three such
blackouts in my tenure here).  There was a brief
experiment with moderation a while back, but that was
it.  Keep in mind, not every post turns up on list
instantly, at any rate.  Some of mine have taken a day
(or, at least, a session at the keyboard) to finally
surface.  Ask Murthy and/or Oliver, tehy've always
been attentive to and/or upfront about any problems
here ...
