Okay, as alawys, I gotta say Thomas Ruggles Pynchon,
Jr.  And, as always, I gotta throw in who'll win it if
he doesn't.  I've been batting pretty well in at least
the latter category (Oe, Grass, Naipaul, I think I
might have mentioned Kertesz a coupla years back, and
the year Gao Xingjian won it I'd at least made Bai Dao
sign a book, "Future Nobel Laureate," so ... so let's
say ca. .400 for the past ten years).  And this year,
depsite knowing nothing of the author save his
name/nationality, I'm saying teh Syrian poet Adonis. 
AND I'm saying I'll likely be wrong, but Ladbrokes is
with me on that one, at least.  Anyway ...
