Hello

Particularly those whose first language is German..

Do you enjoy her own novels?

I ask because I read "The Piano Teacher", in English, and found it
thoroughly turgid.  Don't know whether to blame the translation.

(I do have a copy of "Die Kinder der Toten" but haven't made time to attempt
it.
Should I?)
