postmodernist reification

As if our favorite Latin Quarter Heideggerians could understand even the most basic of
thermodynamic equations:
 
 
 

When (and  why) did Lit. Crit.  types decide that Derrida is a philosopher of science?
 
He ain't.  
 
And given even basic post-modernist linguistic relativism, all the jargon and lame gallic "structuralist"  terminology is as useless and  provisional as Freudian, or marxist or catholic jargon.....
 
i.e. there is no "thing" such as "postmodernism"; or moderism really: literary taxonomies not equivalent to say "phylum" or biological/chemical classifications, though of course the lit. windbags like to think they are....not to sound pompous but the po-mo'ers do the same sort of reifying of names and jargon that they accuse scientists and "structuralists" of.....
 
yes I'm sure some of the bright boys in here realized that, but we might as well call what is referred to as "postmoderism"  as post-empiricism, or post-Darwinism,  post-Oppenheimerism.....
