Not to feed the jolly troll

I suggest we all agree not to respond to this guy unless he stops the personal insults. Not that he has nothing to say;  some of it might be interesting with even a modicum of civility. I can tolerate a certain level of insult especially when it is directed  principally at ideas, but this guy is off the charts. What I am calling for is not censorship but democratically applied behavior modification.  I don't think insults  or arguments will chase him away. Anyone else?
