* Primary and repeated reliance on calling those who criticize him names
such as "schoolmarm," "beyotch," "phag," and "nurse."

Jolly, if you want to call me a bitch, please just type "bitch."  We're not
all that impressed with either your pointless boasts of academic prowess or
your endless creative respellings.
