I can see why you wouldn't like him.  He's too human. 
This expression of a very common sort of thinking and
talking about somebody who got what he had coming to
him is part of what makes Jess a more fully
dimensional character than cartoon  Hector.

And if it's been "ignored" prior to now -- which I
seriously doubt is the case -- rest assured we're
taking it into account from now on.
