OK.  There's the consistency of the ideas presented to
consider, too, in an ongoing discussion.  For all I
know, jbor is a living saint whose shit smells like
roses, outside of PYNCHON-L; based on what he's
written here since he came in screaming and kicking
and swinging both fists lo these many years ago,  I
feel comfortable characterizing him as a 
flip-flopping provocateur who can hold his own with
the best of trolls, even better than you - no insult
intended, of course, esteemed colleague, just a
fact-based observation, you've managed to stir up your
share of shit, indeed, no argument with that. But jbor
takes it to a whole 'nother level.

Whatever. I think  I'll engage jbor's posts directly,
as necessary, instead of working through a proxy. If
you'd like to talk about your ideas, I'm game,
