The really great phrase, however, is "the war that never ends." There
are so many things that have been described in this way. The secret to
remaining relevant and vital in the world is to get one's self involved
in a "war that never ends." 

The secret to a successful discussion list such as our own is for list
members to never forget that they too are involved in a "war that never
ends."
