best/favourites list details

I've written a piece of software to collate all this stuff so I can get the results together quite
quickly but it's a bit pointless if nobody plays along.
A few requests:
Please make lists of no more or less than ten novels if you want them included (the software only
likes top tens).
Please put them in order so the points sytem works. It might make things more interesting to start
with a fixed number of points and then to dole them out to whatever books you like but that's a bit
too complex for my liking. Maybe if we try again.
Please also include full author names (so I don't have to look everything I'm not familiar with up).
Please put the Pyncher in your lists so that we don't get complaints when the final list is unveiled
about him "not even being in the top ten".
I know the rules seem arbitrary. That's because they are. The whole point of lists like this is
arbitrary rules. If you don't like that idea then that's fine but please don't complain about the
position of your favouritest thing in the final list if you haven't contributed yourself.
