Blood Meridian

Fwiw, I loooooved Blood Meridian. One of my favorite books. I
think I appreciated it because I'm history oriented and the treatment
McCarthy gives the West is pretty unique. That was goooood! I
have Suttree on the shelf and really want to get to it, too. (Is
summer coming pretty soon?) I've skimmed a bit and it looks
interesting although not the same level, maybe. Perhaps BM was so
good because it was so different which dims the prospects for Suttree.
