To the German-Speaking P-listers

I'd like to hear the opinion of those P-listers who read in German on the 
writer Tobias Meissner and his books 'Starfish Rules' and 'Hiobs Spiel' 
neither of which has been translated into English. I've read that the first 
one had been inspired by 'GR', and the second was claiming the laurels of a 
contemporary '120 Days of Sodom'. To what extent this informaion is true?

Also, since I am appealling to the German-speaking audience, another 
question: Have you read Arno Schmidt's 'Zettels Traum'? what do you make of 
it? Is it really untranslatable?
