The Wikispaces site was only meant to create a workable edit of the  
Kenosha Kid text. At some point soon, I will put the entire thing  
online at The Modern Word in a more easily read format.

However, the Wikispaces site is a wiki-- a page that anyone can edit.  
If anyone's so inclined, they could create some "next page" links  
themselves.
