Roger Mexico

Great tip, thanks.  I went a-googling for phonetic alphabets and I did
find one where M is represented by Mexico (and all the other letters
are countries or cities.  It's described as an unoffical alphabet
sometimes used in amateur radio.  That makes it seem like rather a
long shot, though.

While I was at it I googled "Roger Mexico" and found a person by that
name who is a theater director in Southern California.  Seems to
specialize in shadow-puppets.
