 I scanned the the entire story if you want it for The Modern Word. It's 
much too big to email but if you send me a mailing address I'll get it 
to you on CD-Rom.  Or to anyone else who has the means to display it..

The scan is far from perfect but mostly readable.  The original is 
yellow with age. I didn't want to destroy the binding and  I didn't want 
to diminish the readability further by miniaturization. Also I tried to 
digitize it but wasn't successful. Would have had to type practically 
the whole 40 or so pages.
