I did not.   I wrote here, back when I tried to read this book -- and I began 
with much expectation to like it -- that I found it unreadable.   The chapter 
is in a pseudo-quaint old English style that is too precious by a factor of 
about six.   It makes M&D by comparison ...   never mind.   

It's not good.
