P list vs. entropy

that reminds me, my sister asked me what a luddite was the other day.  she 
is reading some tom clancy novel in which a group of tree hugging lefites 
hatch a plan to ebola-tize the whole world in order to save mother earth 
from the evil, parasitic human being.  apparently they are called luddites a 
few times in the book, and clancy gives a bit on ned ludd.  i told her 
luddites are, among other things, overly sexual, although birth control is 
limited to sheep skin and the pull out method.

at the very end of the book a group of paramilitary elites attacks a biodome 
full of scientists and eliminates them.  no shit.
