Now there's St. Urho's Pub in Helsinki, but as you can read at

Helsinki barcrawlers (like me in the 80s) have been/still are
inclined to relate the name to Urho Kekkonen, our long-time
Cold War prez [not 'prime minister' as the above link sometimes
says).

And the great majority of Finns remain ignorant of the
legendary Finnish American saint. A terrible, terrible state
of things.


The pub is close to the Finnish National Museum, one of the
great art nouveau - or as we Northern Europeans say, jugend -
buildings designed by Eliel Saarinen.
