poss. of a new P book

we're all still waiting.
 i've read Pynchon is in the editing stage (from brief rench newspaper early
this year)
and Naumann has said one of his wishes for 2005 was a new novel from
Pynchon--maybe it's some kind of in-joke, who knows?
I open the daily paper in the morning w/ fresh hopes.
