And certainly what we're about to be exposed to will be a blow to
our minds, "no matter how pixilated"- a pun, I'm assuming, on both
a state of mind, pixilated:

Pixilated, an adjective derived from pixie (a fairy elf),
describes someone who is whimsical or bemused,
slightly drunk (tipsy), or, according to Webster's,
	"somewhat unbalanced mentally."

and, pixel:

The basic unit of the composition of an image on
a television screen, computer monitor, or similar display.

and perhaps, pixelation:

	2) Pixelation is the display of a digitized image
where the individual pixels are apparent to a viewer.
This can happen unintentionally when a low-resolution
image designed for an ordinary computer display
is projected on a large screen and each pixel
	becomes separately viewable.

Pixelation in the modern, digital computer sense of the word,
would have been a bit anachronistic, even in 1973, and certainly
during the novel's setting, more analog times, for sure. There
would still have been, however, the phenomenon of newsprint,
so it wouldn't be totally unheard of, and t.v. was in its early
stages, as well.

"Pixilated" could thus be reinforcing the idea of the mind as a
theatrical venue, staged, as it were, according to rules and
the available contrivances/technology of the period. It also
suggests the tension between the part and the whole, and how
too much devotion to either can lead to faulty reasoning,
by missing the forest for the trees, and vice versa.

All of which is around about way of saying that, yes, we do
want to keep watching, and that maybe more than just watch-
own up to our contribution in the projectionist's booth.

"The Firm controls the narrative. It's Directing the theatre/theater
production. Pirate is a great talent. His gift is a great Firm asset.
And, he can hum and skip and twirl. He works for Them. He will always
work for Them. No one will, ever, quit, the Firm."
