OK.  As you might tell by my question, I'm not actually reading along with 
the group right now, just relying on memory having read GR 5 times already.  
But lets examine this further, trying to make sense of this statement 
alongside the factthat Slothrup is already making a map of these bomb 
strikes.  To whom is this new bomb "Most Secret?"  Not to Pirate, and not to 
Slothup (so it would seem).  Obviously this is being kept secret from the 
British public, most likely to supress possible panic.  That does not 
necesarily mean that this is the first one to strike London.
