February 2006 sounds a bit early. There should have been advertising about it by now. I check Little, Brown’s website occasionally but have not seen any announcement there so far; advance notice on Mason & Dixon came out about 3 months before publication, as I recall. But maybe they’ve changed strategies and are keeping it completely under wraps . . . 
Also, Februrary is a pretty bad time to publish a book by a major author. If I were at Little, Brown, I would hold it over until April/May – as one of the big Spring offerings. Either way, he’s due to publish something soon.
