He's appointing his brother Neil to head up an ad hoc blue-ribbon
faith-based commission to study
the genetics of the bird influenza virus. Martha Stewart has offered to
serve on the panel.

Bush is so concerned that he bought a birdwatcher's field manual hoping to
find some info in there.
