Spike Jones. It was originally his song, I think.
There was, for a long time, a midget in a wheelchair living in a downtown
Milwaukee hotel, who had toured with the Spike Jones show. They used to
throw him around on stage. He spent his later years haunting various street
corners by day, trying to trip up kids riding bicycles on the sidewalks.
