What is a scanner.... scannee? It was/is an open question.
It has been asked, assumed, taken for granted before,
before lateral dominance, before the man appropriated
office space in each of our brains, before the "hemlines"
came down, and it will be asked again as cultural change
intensifies the demands on our processing abilities and
stamina.

Integration and hybridization are coming. Thank god for
art and artists. They will see us through.
