Yes.  There have been two GRGR's.  The first never finished.  The second 
did, but with only a handful making it to the end, after nearly a two-year 
schedule.  The value of hosts is primarily someone to *keep* the ball 
rolling, ideally someone who has been willing to dig deep into the segment 
at hand, thus motivating others to keep participating.  But with a book like 
GR, you need more than a few commtted hosts, because the book is so large 
and complex.   It's too much work to ask of only a few folks to keep it 
going...  But the first task is surely a schedule.
