Barth, Pynchon, heirs etc.

At some point in my misspent youth, I had a copy of End of the Road  which
had been reissued in new covers to tie into the "major motion picture".  As
I recall, stills from the movie (including one of a scene with James Earl
Jones) adorned the front and back of this paperback.
