A couple of interesting coincidences from that February 1920 Sunday  
Herald article apparently written by Churchill:

[...] Moreover, the principal inspiration and driving power comes from  
the Jewish leaders. Thus Tchitcherin, a pure Russian, is eclipsed by  
his nominal subordinate Litvinoff [...]

[...] Nothing could be more significant than the fury with which  
Trotsky has attacked the Zionists generally, and Dr. Weissmann in  
particular. [...]

The 1920 Churchill article is pro-Zionist and anti-Bolshevist; it  
definitely assumes the prevalence of an anti-Semitic mindset amongst  
its (English) readers, however.
