This appears to be the only assertion you've made about the
so called "theory of evolution", your other nine points are all
about how "unscientific" Intelligent Design is.

What do you understand the current Theory of Evolution to
be, exactly? I'm willing to bet that you, like the majority of
yahoos who are so vehemently deriding  Intelligent
Design- which may well be a lousy theory- are pretty much
ignorant of where evolutionary theory is today.

Yet many biologically naive people have been led to
believe that they have found the truth- "a stick", as you say,
with which to beat their favorite devil.

I don't think Dawkins has done much to foster an
appreciation of just how much evolutionary theory
has evolved away from Darwinism. Here's one place
