A wilderness overgrown with dope and danger

I live in Tulare County and this place resembles that remark.   But   
"The federal government needs to recognize that the primary problem 
in certain parts of the country may not be marijuana," Harper said. 
"Our primary problem is meth."      "Far more people use marijuana, 
"Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said, "but meth has overtaken 
marijuana as the greatest danger to children."
