NP Gerard Reve

It looks like his books aren't available in English, or at least in
the US... not on amazon at least.  Someone had sent a link aways back
mentioning the "three great Dutch writers" I think.  Harry Mulisch was
one, I forget the other two.  I liked Discovery of Heaven and wanted
to check out what the other two had written but it was looking like
they weren't available in English either.  Does anyone know what I'm
talking about / know if they + Reve are available in English / know
why the hell they aren't if they aren't?
