Penguin-Holt-Penguin

Actually, Pynchon switched from Viking Penguin to Little Brown,
then to Henry Holt and finally back to Penguin. I don't know if
Ray Roberts is still Pynchon's editor, but Pynchon did follow
Roberts from Little Brown to Holt, and Roberts did switch from
Holt to Penguin not long after M&D was published...
