i like roth's ghost writer best. it really gets at every jewish boy's
shameful, unadmitted yen for anne frank. but i'm still looking forward to
the great american novel. (now *there's* a sentence that could stand a
little more punctuation.) anybody got any recommendations for the roth novel
that might best make readers out of the aliterate?
