Well ...
It has some characteristic Pynchonian touches (obscure
references, obscurer words {"pinkinroller,"
"lilywhites"], unusual names, not-quite-period prose
and/or dialogue ["ungainly crouch," "or words to that
effect," "yaaagghh"), and, if authentic, it's
presumaby a page or so out of 992, I guess you can't
expect something wacky and/or wonderful on EVERY page,
so ...
Well, I wouldn't be surprised, or dismayed, if it were
an actual excerpt. You wanna talk mktg. strategy?
Don't raise already heightened expectations ...
