P.S.  Carlos - even the blandest statement attracts
flak in this forum, as you have demonstrated re my
cautious prediction about ATD reception, posted to
counter the equally simplistic and stupid (how can
anybody judge a book without reading it?) notion that
the novel is shit and will be received as such.  So,
in the friendliest way possible, I'll say your
response was dumber than what you seem to have assumed
you were mocking.  You'll need to think a few steps
ahead of that, generally, if you want to flourish here
with the Stooges who dog my posts instead of writing
new stuff of their own. Thank you for giving me the
opportunity to give you this constructive feedback,
and to ask one question:  do you really want to ally
yourself with illiterate and braindead "Morris", A
Grown Man Who Calls Himself Malign, and a Pynchon
scholar who plays fast and loose with sources?  Your
choice.
