NP: Vollmann on Journey to the End of the Night

I was in the bookstore browsing around and saw a new edition of
Celine's Journey to the End of the Night on the shelf.  It had a four
or five page afterword by Vollmann that was rather fun (beginning with
"Reader, fuck you!" and ending with a quote from the book).  It was
written unlike anything I've read by him before.  I can't find the
text of it online but for you fans of either Celine or Vollmann, I'd
reccomend at least reading it in the bookstore.
