ATD pub date

Back on the 4th, "Robot Vegetable" related that Steven
Moore said "they've moved the pub date up from
December to November 21st."

But "Davemarc" noted on the 8th that according to
Penguin's Winter 2007 catalog, the December 5 date is
characterized as "Strict on Sale," meaning no prior
sales are permitted.

Of course, the pub date may have changed since the
catalog was printed.
