e-book reader

Just bought the iRex iLiad. It is a e-book reader with e-ink
technology (the only satisfying display for book reading).

I'm currently reading M&D before the publication of ATD. (It's not a
legal copy but I have the hardcover so I persuaded myself that it's a
fair use.) The display is incredible. There's no backlight hence no
eye-strain. It's almost like reading on paper. The speed of reading
the book has increased two-fold, probably because I'm seeking every
chance I can get back to reading on the device even ignoring my baby
girl's crying.

The software is seriously underdeveloped. Hence i don't recommend the
purchase to other people at the current stage but it was the most
satisfying purchase for me. Reading on it is much superior to reading
on computer screen or PDA. Obivously, reading on paper is the best way
but I don't think the novelty factor will wear off too soon.

If you get a chance, take a look at any e-ink display. I think it's
the most important technology.

Sorry for my bad English.
