I've been studying Crowley's "Magick in Theory and Practice" during
boring lectures on theoretical computer science, and the world's various
religions have always been one of my interests. Books about religion and
magic make up a sizable part of my library. Still, this did not and does
not make be believe in magic(k), gods, or goddesses. To conclude from
Pynchon's undeniable interest in these fields that he is in fact some
kind of theist is a non sequitur.
