Bingo, jd!  Of course Keith is exaggerating to the
point of building a "straw list" that he can knock
down as he relives simplified echoes of the debates
that he took part in nearly a decade ago now.  Most if
not all of the long-time participants in this
discussion have expressed views her that are way more
nuanced than Keith currently acknowledges, I don't
know any who simplistically attach their political
prejudices to Pynchon, not even the really illiterate
folks like "Morris".
