Capote attacking Pynchon

The usual mantra: sorry if it has been posted before.

I was just browsing the Spanish internet for some noteworthy info on Pynchon
and came across a curious review of Gravity's Rainbow SORRY! El arco iris de
gravedad, of course, running at 1148 paginas. Anyway, the review by Rodrigo
Fresan, also a writer, was interesting due to his reference to Truman
Capote's negative comment on GR of which I hadn't heard before. I wonder if
it's possible to find the original somewhere. I haven't read anything by
Capote, but he's fallen in my eyes! Here is the comment and my clumsy
backtranslation:

'Sí, soy una de las pocas personas en el mundo que ha leído esa cosa desde
la primera hasta la última página; Pynchon es un escritor repugnante'

'Yes, I am one of the few people in the world who has read that thing from
the first page to the last; Pynchon is a repugnant writer.'
