Jason & Medea

I learned about Gardner's poem through the dictionary of interesting and 
curious words. Judging by the samples  that must a tough and rewarding read. 
Now Gardner is somewhat forgotten, but I really enjoyed his 'Grendel'. It's 
very strange that Jason & Medea is so unavailable. I checked with alibris 
and it turned out they had only one copy for 199 USD. Did it never make it 
into paperback edition?
